I’m a transmedia consultant with a special focus in animation. I help turn video games, illustration, and comics into animated projects. MY JOURNEY IN ENTERTAINMENT

My journey through the entertainment industry has been diverse and enriching. From digital platforms to television, commercial services, and movie distribution, I’ve collaborated with some of the largest entertainment companies globally. This experience has provided me with a keen understanding of how these companies leverage technology to engage their audiences. Then, my involvement in two significant international productions with world-leading entertainment companies deepened my appreciation for the art of animation. I view animation as a tapestry, a medium that weaves together creativity and technology to tell compelling stories. This perspective enriches my skill set, allowing me to navigate the animation pipeline with expertise and insight.

I moved to Pakistan

I moved to America and began working at the Hammer Museum as a Visitor Experience Specialist, and then at Buzzfeed as a Video Coordinator Intern, where I was a producer and editor, “India and Pakistan Taste Test”

I began working at Universal Studios an Assistant Manager at UPHE.com. In my time at Universal Studios, I saw the first successful industry shift to Premium Video on Demand with the release Trolls World Tour (2020).

I had the honor of being a Panel Moderator for the Writer’s Guild Foundation, Muslim Public Affairs Council (Hollywood Bureau) and Women in Animation panel, “Inclusion Through an Animated Lens: Balancing the Brand with the Story”

20th Century Fox Television, Programming and Commercial Services Coordinator. As a coordinator at Fox, I saw firsthand its animation domination block and gained a deep understanding of the evolution of how America views families.

I played Ayesha on Sesame Street while also being a Production Coordinator at Nickelodeon on The Patrick Star Show. I also founded Muslims in Animation, a nonprofit organization that creates equity in storytelling in the world of animation.
